UFC 209 takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 4th, 2017.

There are some great fights lined up, and here are my pics for the main card.

Tyron Woodley vs Stephen Thompson

Pick to win: Stephen Thompson by Decision

I think that Thompson learned a lot from the first fight. This was only the second time he was scheduled for a 5 round fight. His first 5 round fight was against Rory MacDonald, in which I do not believe he was fully tested. Woodley was able to knock him down several times, almost finishing the fight. I believe that Thompson will come back much smarter, staying on the outside and out-pointing Woodley.

Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Tony Ferguson

Pick to win: Khabib Nurmagomedov by Decision

I think that Khabib will have the grappling advantage in this fight. Tony is a top notch fighter, but there's just no denying Khabib's strength and will to win. We have never seen him taste defeat yet. I believe that he is going to be able to take Tony down and keep him down for 5 rounds.

Rashad Evans vs Dan Kelly

Pick to Win: Rashad Evans via Knockout

Rashad Evans has a lot to prove and I believe this is the perfect fight for him to prove it. Dan Kelly is no doubt a tough competitor, but Rashad has been kept down for too long and I believe he has a fire inside of him to get back in the mix of things. I see Rashad winning by knockout.

Lando Vannata vs David Teymur

Pick to win: Lando Vannata by Knockout

Lando Vannata has all the tools to win this fight by knockout. His striking is top notch and he comes from one of the best camps in the world, Jacksons MMA. He is young, energetic and exciting. I don't see this fight going past round 1.

Alistair Overeem vs Mark Hunt

Pick: Mark Hunt by Knockout

Mark Hunt has a chip on his shoulder and I think he's going to take it out on Alistair Overeem. Overeem has not looked the same since USADA testing has become prevalent. He has fought much smarter, but at this point in his career I don't think he will be able to take a shot from Mark Hunt, who is one of the hardest hitters in the world.
