By Darryn Smith The mainevent between Quinton "Rampage" Jackson vs Muhammed "King Mo" Lawal had it's moments. The fight went all three rounds. Round 1 was pretty good for Lawal. Rampage boxed the way he normally does squaring up his opponents...looking for those big shots to wear down his opponents throughout the fight. Lawal kept backing him up 1st Round to bring the fight to him for the fans. 2nd round went little better for Rampage. There were takedown attempts from King Mo on Rampage. Rampage landed heavy shots that were getting to Lawal. 3rd Round went about same as 1st Round. Jackson went for a takedown but failed. Lawal gained control after that and did well standing up as well as on the ground again. Lawal won 3rd which resulted in King Mo taking the win by unanimous decision. (29-28) The newly signed Ryan Bader appeared from the shadows to help promote his fight coming up with King Mo on New York City card set on June 24th. A lot of great talent is coming to Bellator MMA. Scott Coker, President of Bellator MMA, is doing excellent job since taking over from when Bjorn Rebney ran the promotion years ago. Should be interesting year for Bellator signing new generation stars along with former UFC stars coming over the past year or two. In addition, signing The Emperor Fedor Vladimirovich Emelianenko was huge for Bellator moving forward. Dillion Danis, who is very popular in BJJ World was recently signed couple weeks ago. He trains with his friend Conor McGregor, UFC's current Lightweight Champion. Lorenzo Larkin from UFC made an appearance last night as newly signed Bellator MMA fighter too. Here are the results from rest of the card on Spike TV: Sergei Kharitonov def. Chase Gormley via KO at 3:55 (Round 1) Emmanuel Sanchez def. Marcos Galvao via unanimous decision Steve Kozola def. Jake Roberts via KO at :28 (Round 1) Noad Lahat def. Lloyd Carter via submission at 3:50 (Round 2)
