#UFC is back in our lives once again this #FightWeek. Another stacked card as we head down South to Dallas Texas. "The stars at night, are big and bright...DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS!" Headlining this card is Cleveland's own #UFCHeavyweightChampion Stipe Miocic vs challenger Junior Dos Santos. In the co-mainevent, we have reigning and defending UFC Strawweight Champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk vs Jessica Andrade for the title belt. Looking back at Stipe Miocic and Junior Dos Santos, their first fight was an epic battle between the two heavyweights. These two slugged it out on December 13,2014 to the very end with Dos Santos hand raised with a unanimous decision. Fight fans still talk about it till this day as one of the best fights they have ever seen in UFC history. Luckily we get to see them collide on this card for another memorable one. I wish UFC had it back in Cleveland with his family and friends in attendance. It would have been a perfect setting because the Cleveland fans were great that night supporting their hometown hero. UFC has been experimenting with new markets as of late so we should have a great Texans crowd this time around to witness another epic battle between these heavyweights. In the co-mainevent, #UFCStrawweightChampion Joanna Jedrzejczyk vs Jessica Andrade. Both ladies fight with a lot of toughness and heart. I am expecting this to be a "Fight of The Night" nominee. This fight could go to a decision or TKO victory between the ladies. Joanna is definitely one of the best pound for pounds in WMMA overall. She has not lost one fight since start to present day at 13 wins. Andrade has climbed to the top with a wins have come against Penne,Calderwood, and an impressive win last February against Angela Hill that secured her this opportunity to fight for the title belt. Whichever side you pull for, I hope this makes you and even bigger fan to support these ladies in WMMA. My 8-bit MMA Fighter of The Week is Joanna Jedrzejczyk, UFC Strawweight Champion at (13-0.) She was born in Olstzyn, Poland. Joanna remains undefeated with 4 TKO's,1 submission, and 8 decisions. Joanna trained in her native Polish country since she began her WMMA career but moved to Coconut Creek Florida couple of years ago joining the elite American Top Team. ATT has a hosts of champions and true fighters that have benefited from a winning strategies with great coaches behind them. I only have known Joanna since she first debut in UFC making bold statements every fight. She is a very special kind of champion that comes along from time to time in the fight game. Joanna has the champion mentality. She knows how to get into her opponents heads way before they meet her inside The Octagon. Joanna stares down her opponents every face off to see how weak they will be against her come fight night. Her confidence is superb at all levels. Joanna is a people's champion. She is well loved around the world with fight fans and her people back in her hometown. Joanna has a big heart everywhere she may be. She greets all her fans and signs whatever they need during their time while taking pictures. Also, she gives back in her community back in native land. She often shares Facebook Live videos of her visiting Cancer kids, training, and randomly doing Q&A's for her fans. UFC recognizes her potential in the spotlight and promotes her well along with a few of the next generation champions. You know you are getting a great event whenever Joanna is on a card. Joanna had to put a lot on hold back home since joining UFC. She was to clear out the division and see what next is for her. Jonna wants to retire undefeated as the one of the best champions to ever step foot inside The Octagon. Joanna hopes to one day start up a family and just enjoy the rest of her life at some point. Until that time comes, Joanna wants to keep in hindsight on just being one of the best in the world. Joanna is very active on Twitter and Facebook. Make sure to give her a follow @joannamma for fighter updates leading up to Saturday. Here is how the UFC 211 card stacks up from main card to early preliminaries on #UFCFightPass: Miocic vs Dos Santos Jedrzejczyk vs Andrade Maia vs Masvidal Edgar vs Rodriguez Cejudo vs Pettis Alvarez vs Poirier Skelly vs Knight Jotko vs Branch Reyes vs Vick Aguilar vs Casey Gordon vs Quinones Sherman vs Poberezhets Benitez vs Barzola If you are active on #Twitter, please give us follow @8bitmma.
