Star-studded event in Dallas Texas last night. Mainevent delivered like a normal Heavyweight fight would go. This fight ended in 1st Round by TKO. Miocic takes the win successfully defending his belt for 2nd straight time. Tied most wins for a heavyweight defending it. Last fight went the distance but Stipe made sure it would not go any past 1st Round. Congratulations to Moicic, he is best in the world as your reigning Heavyweight Champion. In the co-mainevent, Joanna Jedrzejczyk vs Jessica Andrade went very well. These ladies brought it every round. Andrade had some good takedowns almost every round. Joanna significant strikes was in the high forties every round. Joanna definitely prepared for this fight differently than all the others because of what Andrade brings to the table. There was nothing really negative take away from this fight. It ended with unanimous decision going to Jedrzejczyk as your reigning and defending UFC Women's Strawweight Champion. Congratulations to Joanna for defending her belt 5 times in a row now. Jedrzejczyk, in her post-fight interview, acknowledged the Texas crowd for being great supporters of her career. She won her 1st Strawweight belt in Dallas few years ago. I think we can agree that we are looking forward to her next fight coming soon. Rose Namajunas should be next in line after her win against top contender Michelle "Karate Hottie" Waterson last April at #UFCKansasCity. Texans were a great crowd that seemed to enjoy all the fights last night. Hope you enjoyed the fights and took something out of it.
