#UFCStockholm Rewind The Stockholm fans were pretty good on a Sunday night of fights. You were expecting a sell-out with the hometown fighters including Alexander "The Mauler" Gustaffson on main card but it was not the case this time around. Every fight was fun to watch leading up to the mainevent. In the mainevent, The Mauler got off to a great start exchanging blows back and forth. Gustaffson kept landing great combinations with precision uppercuts. The Mauler as a strategy was skipping around every round to avoid Teixeira from coming in closer for big hits and takedowns. Teixeira could have closed the distance but kept playing his game. The Mauler takedown defense was just too strong for Glover. After enough solid combinations, The Mauler finally ended the fight in 5th round on the wobbly Teixeira that ended in 5th round by TKO (strikes). In the post-fight interview inside The Octagon, The Mauler, who recently had a baby with his girlfriend, asked for her hand in marriage in front of his family,friends,and fans. She said yes through shock and emotions when he slid the ring on her finger. We here at 8-bit MMA wish his family the very best as they move forward in life.
