My 8-bit MMA Fighter of The Week on this fight card is Robert "The Reaper" Whittaker. He was born in Sydney,New South Wales,Australia. He fights out of PMA Super Martial Arts. Whittaker's record stands at (18-4). All of his wins have come from 9 TKO's,5 submissions,and 4 decisions. Whittaker is a well rounded fighter that comes at you every round. Whittaker's last loss came from "Wonderboy" Stephen Thompson back in 2014. Since than, Whittaker has been on a 7 fight win streak including his last opponent at #UFCKansasCity last April against Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza by TKO(head kick and punches). Whittaker has a lot of potential to be Middleweight Champion one day in MMA. Whittaker never likes to call out his opponents. He just waits for whomever UFC puts in front of him to be dismantled. Look for sparks will fly Saturday when he fights Yoel Romero for interm UFC Middleweight belt while current UFC Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping awaits the winner of this fight.
