Andrea “KGB” Lee to UFC!

*Update* *Lee is taken off the card so she can go through the six-month USADA process before she can fight again. In 2015, Lee tested positive for a diuretic in 2015. Faria, will remain on the card searching for a new opponent now.* 

Breaking news overnight when #MMAFighting Journalist Ariel Helwani reported that #AndreaKGBLee will debut at #UFC216 just after coming off a #LFA23 victory vs Jaime Thornton last Friday. Lee is on a 4-fight win streak. So added to The UFC 216 card will be Andrea Lee (8-2) vs. Kalindra Faria (18-5). 

This will be a definite challenge to Lee’s skill level for a debut as well as for her opponent. Some critics have often criticized Lee for taking easy fights but with every fight we have seen her in, Lee’s opponents always bring a certain substance to the fight that puts #KGB in a good spot after a win. UFC 216 is good opportunity for the new generation of fighters. It is not as stacked as #UFC217 card at Madison Square Garden but this one will be worth it.
